Who knew? I know some bloggers shy away from these silly things, but I for one think they are a fun change of pace to the day to day finance stuffs. So with that in mind, Brip Blap hit me with the following question:
What one goal have you always had privately that you would be willing to commit to publicly – right now? Post it and give a public commitment to stick to it!
Hmm, I do like to be relatively transparent when it comes to setting and meeting goals. I’ve already pledged not to bring in new debt of any kind.. We’ll go with this:
Through a combination of investment and alternate income, I hope to have all of my living expenses covered within the next 15 years.
Sounds pretty solid right? 15 years from now I’ll be…39..OLD. Not really, but I sure will feel old. Either way that’s my pledge and I’m going to stick to it, maybe I’ll start doing things lazy man style and give updates on how much alternate income I have to living expenses.
One day, I will tag another blogger and he or she will link me. Woot!

That’s a good one, actually – pretty much in line with my plan to be completely financially independent. I do have to disagree with you that 39 is old since I’m 38
And I think Lazy Man’s alternative income updates are good, too – I just don’t have enough yet to make it worth reporting, unfortunately…
