I’ve added my money projects page to keep everyone up to speed on what I’ll be doing over the next few weeks. I’ve noticed that while there are tons of blogs/sites out there to make money, a lot of them don’t apply to people who don’t have the time or want to put the effort into say, starting and maintaining their own blog.
In that vein, I’ve come up with some ideas that anyone (and I really do mean anyone) can make some spare money on the side online. This will not make you a ton of money, you will not be able to quit your job. What you will be able to do, however is say that you are just a little more diversified in terms of income, and have some alternate sources to make extra money if and when the mood strikes you. I intend to have some fun along the way, so come join me if you like!
Project 1 is going to be online surveys. Some sites like to hype this up and say you can earn (insert insane hourly rate) doing surveys, but I’m hardly expecting that. What I would like is the opportunity on a Saturday afternoon to sit down, fill out a survey or 2, be happy with the knowledge that I just made a few bucks, and move on with my day. I’ve done some extensive research into this, and I’ve selected 3 different services.
Goals for the survey project:
1. At least one available survey a week
2. An hourly rate of at least 10$
3. Relatively interesting survey material
I think these are pretty modest and attainable goals for the project. I’m all signed up and ready to go, but will refrain from pointing these services out until I get a feel for them and complete a survey or 2. Wish me luck, and I’ll update you next week!
